Michael F. SCIENCE CLUB is probably the most under-appreciated yet thoroughly enjoyable band on here. Despite equally wretched covers for each of their 3 releases, they are all stellar, solid and just plain catchy as f#$%. I'm sold on these Philly dudes. Pick a track, any track, and you will be treated to obscure references and wit delivered with melody and cynicism that ends up sounding charming. A pop-punk CAMPER VAN BEETHOVEN?. The cover art is hideous as $hit; the music is aces.. Favorite track: I'm Proud of My Cub Scout.
